this post is dedicated to my beloved grandmother ... born in 1905 she was one of those girls
Vintage and Vintage typical grandma's ...
My childhood memories of her
still provide a warm feeling in your heart ... How nice it was
to stay with her,
be cuddled at her from among her huge warm down bedding ...
... and wake up in the morning and hear birds singing their already
,
and the warmth of her little Oferl (... they always had canaries and parakeets) to feel the breakfast to smell
and hear her voice, "Mina, Miiina ..." called to wake me up ...
you could spend hours telling stories
which my sister and I listened with devotion ...
Alternately, she told us tales
and stories from their lives, primarily from the war ...
As an adult I particularly appreciated these qualities to her, her humor
*,
despite its not so easy life (is humor, if you still laughs * ...);
her simple honest loving humble mind,
(always honest in her feelings she has but said what she feels,
to the person who is concerned, but never something nachgetragen
or talked bad about a person behind their back ...) *
their satisfaction
she was always full of gratitude for the little
(it was not much that is!), they had to live
Every encounter with her was full of acceptance and love ...
... and sometimes I miss them very very very ...!!
